Peaches and Cream Popsicles

These peaches and cream popsicles are delicious, fruity, and creamy sweet treat. Made with real fruit and simple ingredients, these popsicles are a healthy nutritious treat kids and adults will love.

Servings: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups diced peaches fresh or frozen if using frozen, allow to thaw first; if using fresh, remove the peel
  • 1 ¼ cups Vanilla Greek yogurt or 2- 5.3 oz containers
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Using a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until pureed into a smoothie-like consistency.
  • Pour into popsicle molds (or paper cups if you do not have a popsicle mold). Depending upon what popsicle mold you use, be sure to add the sticks before freezing for 4-6 hours. Or if you are using Dixie cups freeze for an hour before adding popsicle sticks. Be sure to follow the instructions that come with your popsicle mold.
  • Once completely frozen, you may have to run your mold under warm water to easily remove.
  • Enjoy!
